The person submitting a listing is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and lawful.

• Price
• Area
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Amenities
• Photographs and videos
• Availability
• Description
• Ownership or listing information
• Contact details

Landly may edit, reject, suspend, or remove a listing if it violates these Terms, appears misleading, is reported by users, or creates a legal, security, or quality concern.

If you list a property on Landly, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner or are authorized to list the property.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to advertise the property.
• The information provided is accurate.
• The property is legally available for sale or rent.
• Images and other content uploaded by you can legally be used for the listing.
• You will update the listing when important information changes.
• You will remove or update the listing when the property is sold, rented, or otherwise unavailable.

You must not list a property that you do not own or have authorization to represent.

Landly does not guarantee that every property listing is accurate, complete, current, genuine, or available.

Property prices, availability, measurements, amenities, ownership details, photographs, descriptions, and other information may be provided by third-party users.

Users should independently verify all important property information before making financial or legal commitments.

Landly may introduce verification features for users, owners, or properties.

A "Verified" label or similar designation only represents the specific verification performed by Landly and does not automatically guarantee:

• Legal ownership
• Clear title
• Government approval
• Property condition
• Absence of disputes
• Exact measurements
• Final transaction availability
• Accuracy of every listing detail

Users should conduct their own legal and financial due diligence before entering into a property transaction.

Landly may allow property owners to list properties directly without using a traditional broker.

The availability of a direct listing does not mean that Landly guarantees the identity, ownership, authority, financial position, or intentions of the listing provider.

Users should independently verify the person they are dealing with and the property before making payments or signing agreements.

Landly may provide contact forms, phone options, WhatsApp links, messaging features, or other communication methods.

When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide may be shared with the relevant property owner or listing provider to facilitate communication.

Users are responsible for their communications and dealings with other users.

Landly is not responsible for private agreements, conversations, promises, negotiations, or representations made between users.

Landly does not automatically become a party to property transactions between users.

Any agreement relating to:

• Sale
• Purchase
• Rental
• Lease
• Advance payment
• Security deposit
• Brokerage
• Documentation
• Registration
• Possession
• Property management

is between the relevant parties unless Landly expressly states otherwise.

Users should obtain appropriate legal, financial, and property advice before entering into significant transactions.

Unless specifically stated, Landly does not collect or process the purchase price, rental amount, security deposit, advance, or other transaction amount between property buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.

Users should be cautious about requests for advance payments or transfers made outside secure and verified payment channels.

Landly will not be responsible for losses resulting from payments made directly to third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Landly may offer paid listing, promotional, subscription, advertising, verification, or other services.

Where applicable, pricing, payment terms, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be communicated before purchase.

Landly reserves the right to modify its pricing and paid services subject to applicable law.

Users must not:

• Publish false or misleading property information.
• List properties without authorization.
• Use fake identities.
• Upload fraudulent documents.
• Publish someone else's private information without permission.
• Upload copyrighted content without permission.
• Use Landly for scams or fraudulent transactions.
• Attempt to obtain money through deception.
• Create duplicate or misleading listings.
• Manipulate prices or property information deceptively.
• Scrape or copy Landly's data without authorization.
• Use automated systems to access the platform in a way that violates these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with website security.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful software.
• Use Landly for illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Circumvent platform restrictions or account suspensions.

Users may submit property descriptions, photographs, videos, reviews, comments, and other content.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

By uploading content to Landly, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights to use the content.
• The content does not violate another person's rights.
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading.
• The content does not contain unauthorized personal or confidential information.

You grant Landly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and use the submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

Landly may remove or restrict content that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Is reported as fraudulent or misleading.
• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains inappropriate or prohibited material.
• Creates security or legal risks.

Landly may also suspend a listing while an issue is being investigated.

The Landly name, logo, website design, software, platform features, text, graphics, interfaces, and other original materials provided by Landly are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Landly's proprietary content or platform without prior written permission.

Property content uploaded by users remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

Landly may integrate or link to third-party services such as maps, payment providers, communication platforms, analytics services, or social media platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Landly is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.

Landly aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be:

• Available
• Error-free
• Uninterrupted
• Secure
• Free from technical problems

Landly may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Landly will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• Incorrect property information provided by users.
• Fraud committed by property owners, buyers, tenants, or other users.
• Unauthorized property listings.
• Property disputes.
• Failed negotiations.
• Financial transactions between users.
• Changes in property availability or price.
• User-generated content.
• Third-party services.
• Technical interruptions.
• Unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond Landly's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Landly, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the platform.
• Your property listing.
• Your user-generated content.
• Your dealings with other users.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Your fraudulent or misleading activity.

Landly may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or listing if:

• The user violates these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• False property information is provided.
• The account creates a security risk.
• The user violates applicable law.
• The account is being misused.

Users may also request account closure in accordance with Landly's policies.

Landly may remove or mark a property as unavailable when it is:

• Sold
• Rented
• Withdrawn
• Expired
• Reported
• No longer available

Landly may retain certain listing information where necessary for legal, security, operational, analytical, or record-keeping purposes.

Your use of Landly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

Landly may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Landly after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
